The absolute most knowledgeable, friendly, shop that I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. We were coming through on our way to California for work. My transmission had been giving me problems, but I was limping it along trying to just get out there and get to work. Well it went out, I made a couple local phone calls, but stopped once I called Permian Basin transmission. Kenny was so friendly and ready to help as soon as he answered the phone. He suggested a tow company, moved other work aside, and made me a priority due to my unique situation. I knew just from discussing it with him that my truck was going to be right when I got it back. Kenny and his guys pulled out all of the stops and had me back on the road in a day, and my truck was in rough shape. (While I'm certain they cant do this for every customer that walks through the door, I'm appreciative) The price was on point, and my truck now drives and tows better than it ever has.
